Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the services provided by Marie SPYRIDAKIS EI: audiovisual creation, visual identity, graphic design, art direction, and communication consulting.
Services
Each service is subject to a free quote sent by email.
The project begins once the quote has been approved in writing by the client.
Pricing
Prices are listed in euros and are exempt from VAT (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code — micro-business status).
Prices are non-negotiable once the quote has been signed.
Payment Terms
50% deposit upon quote signature (depending on the project)
Remaining balance due upon final delivery
Accepted payment method: bank transfer
Delivery
Delivery times are specified in the quote.
Marie SPYRIDAKIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external circumstances (technical issues, illness, force majeure, etc.).
Copyright & Usage Rights
All delivered creations are protected by copyright.
Any transfer of usage rights (duration, territory, media, etc.) must be specified in the quote.
Without written agreement, all rights remain the property of Marie SPYRIDAKIS.
Revisions
The quote includes a defined number of revisions.
Any additional modifications may be subject to extra charges.
Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal applies once the quote has been approved and the project has started (custom-made service).Confidentialité

All information and documents provided by the client remain confidential.
