Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the provision of services offered by Marie SPYRIDAKIS, including audiovisual creation, visual identity, graphic design, art direction, and communication consulting.

Services

All services are subject to a free quotation sent by email.
The service begins only after written approval of the quote by the client.

Pricing

Prices are expressed in euros and are not subject to VAT (Article 293B of the French General Tax Code – micro-entrepreneur status).
Prices are non-negotiable once the quote has been signed.

Payment terms

• 50% deposit is required upon signing the quote (depending on the service).

• The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.

• Accepted payment method: bank transfer.
  

Delivery

Delivery timelines are specified in the quote.
Marie SPYRIDAKIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external events (technical issues, illness, force majeure, etc.).

Copyright & usage rights

All delivered creations are protected by copyright.
The transfer of usage rights (duration, territory, media) must be specified in the quote.
Without a written transfer agreement, all rights remain the property of Marie SPYRIDAKIS.

Revisions & modifications

The quote includes a defined number of revisions.
Any additional modification may result in additional billing.

Right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal applies once the quote has been approved and the service has begun, as the service is custom-made.

Confidentiality

All information and documents provided by the client are treated as strictly confidential.
